Join the Blitz Trading Competition and face off against other traders for a chance to win a portion of the 13.5k in Blast Gold up for grabs in the prize pool!
Total Prize Pool = 13.5k in Blast Gold.
Start Date = Monday, September 9th @ 12 PM EST
End Date = Saturday, September 14th @ 12 PM EST
Total Prize Winners = 30
The trading competition is separated into 2 tiers, each with their own prize pools and eligibility criteria:
Tier 1
Prize Pool = 10k in Gold
Minimum Account Size = $5,000
Minimum Trading Volume = 20,000 USDB
Total Winners = 20
Tier 2
Prize Pool = 3.5k in Gold
Minimum Account Size = $250
Minimum Trading Volume = $5,000
Total Winners = 10
The trading competition's is designed with a low barrier to entry for both new and existing users. The long-tail prize distribution encourages continued participation throughout each round.
To qualify for either tier of the trading competition, users need to reach an account value of greater than or equal to the minimum requirement to qualify for prizes.
New Traders: Deposit at least $5,000 for Tier 1 or $250 for Tier 2.
Existing Traders: If your account is already worth over $5,000 and / or $250, you’ll automatically be eligible. If not, you’ll need to deposit more to surpass the minimum requirement thresholds.
NOTE: If you initially meet the minimum account value of either Tier 1 and / or Tier 2 when the competition starts, but then your account value falls below the minimum requirement after the competition begins, you will still be eligible for the competition!
Rankings
Traders are ranked based on the best positive % PnL.
The positive % PnL (in USD) is calculated using the Modified Dietz Return Method which takes into consideration cash flows in and out of the account to calculate the trader's performance.

The top 30 traders in total, including both Tiers 1 and 2, will earn a portion of the 13.5K in Gold available as prizes. The prize distribution per tier is illustrated in the table below.
